When will my order arrive?

Processing: Most orders ship the same or next business day.

Standard Shipping (US): 2 - 8 business days.

PO Box: 3 - 11 business days.

APO/FPO: 9 - 15 business days.

Express Shipping: 2 - 3 business days.

What is the status of my order?

Registered Users: Sign in to your account and select your Order ID.

Guests: Use the "Track Order" link on our website.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email after ordering and a tracking email once the shipment is processed.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are processed quickly and generally cannot be cancelled once received. However, you may return the items once they arrive.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Ensure the code is entered correctly and hasn't expired. Most codes cannot be combined with other offers and may be limited to a single use.

What is your Price Adjustment policy?

Window: 14 days from the original purchase date.

Eligibility: Applies only to the exact same item (style, color, and size) purchased at full price.

Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday events.

Refund: Adjustments will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Returns & Shipping

What is your return policy?

Duration: Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in original unused condition with tags attached.

Restriction: Items ordered online cannot be returned to physical retail stores.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to US territories.

How do I manage my account?

Updates: Once logged in, use the tabs on the left to update your Address Book, Payment Information, or Password.

Password Reset: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
