Limited Warranty: Rock & Republic® Products

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1. Warranty Period

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year (the "Warranty Period"). Replacing the product does not extend the Warranty Period.

2. Who is Covered?

Kontoor US, LLC extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee.

3. What is Covered?

We warrant that during the Warranty Period, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This covers:

  • Authentic Rock & Republic® apparel and accessories.

4. What is NOT Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Alterations: Products that have been modified (embroidery, repurposing, or upcycling).

  • Secondary Sales: Irregulars, secondhand, pre-owned, or resold products.

  • Usage Damage: Damage due to improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or external causes (accidents, abuse).

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Standard aging and use of the garment.

5. Your Remedies

If a Product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the Product (or the defective part) with an identical or reasonable replacement free of charge.

  • Refund the original purchase price.

If we elect to replace the product, we will also cover the shipping and handling fees for the return.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To start a claim, you must follow these instructions during the Warranty Period:

  1. Contact Us: Call the Consumer Relations Team at 1-866-777-8953 or use our Contact Us.

  2. Required Information: Provide your order number (if applicable), name, address, phone number, email, and the reason for the return.

  3. Shipping: Print and affix the return label provided by our team to your package.

Note: We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments. Processing times may vary after the product is received.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective Product, nor shall we be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses.
