1. Core Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Channel Restriction: * Online orders cannot be returned to physical retail stores.

    • Retail store purchases cannot be returned to the online store.

2. Refund Details & Fees

  • Processing Fee: A $6.95 fee is deducted from the refund total for US returns.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund Method: Credits are issued back to the original form of payment (including PayPal and Klarna).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Online Limit: Currently, the online system only supports Size Exchanges.

  • Color/Style Changes: If a customer wants a different color or style, they are instructed to contact Customer Service before starting a return.

  • Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact support immediately for assistance.

4. How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Registered Users: Sign in, go to Order History, and select the items to return/exchange.

  • Guest Users: Use the "Track Order" feature on the site to look up the order and initiate the process.

  • Processing Note: Returns and exchanges must be processed as separate transactions.
